Tenet Plus L4 Crossover Announced – Second Model of New Russian Brand

Like the larger Tenet Plus L6 crossover, the smaller SUV will go on sale in the third quarter of this year.
In general, the model with the L4 index from the new Russian brand Tenet Plus was first shown back in February. However, another crossover was officially announced as the firstborn – the larger Tenet Plus L6, images of which the brand released a week ago. Now the company has shared a couple of official photos of the “four.” As a reminder, the Tenet Plus brand was created as part of a long-term strategic partnership between the AGR holding company and DEFETOO. Its crossovers are related to the same-named models of the Lepas brand, which belongs to Chery.

The exterior of the Tenet Plus L4 is designed in the same key as the Tenet Plus L6. Both crossovers feature two-tier headlights, with the upper sections of the LED daytime running lights having a pattern reminiscent of a “wild cat’s gaze.” The L4’s own distinctive feature is its separate rear lights, whereas the L6’s lights are made as a single block. The Russian smaller crossover is also promised two-tone 17-inch wheels and a panoramic sunroof.

Models of the Tenet Plus brand will be produced at one of the AGR holding’s factories. Like the L6, the L4 crossover is planned to be launched on our market in the third quarter of this year. And that’s all the official information about the “four” for now. More details about the Tenet Plus L4 will be revealed closer to the launch date.

The length of the related Lepas L4 SUV for the global market is 4406 mm, width – 1820 mm, height – 1635 mm, wheelbase – 2700 mm. Inside this crossover, there is a compact instrument screen and a vertical tablet for the multimedia system, with a steering column lever responsible for transmission control.
The Lepas L4 is already available for order, for example, in South Africa. There, the crossover is offered with a naturally aspirated 1.5-liter gasoline engine (109 hp) and a turbo engine of the same displacement (147 hp). The first engine is paired with a five-speed manual transmission, while the second works with a six-speed robotized gearbox.
