Total Investment of Approximately 320 Million Yuan, Anhui’s Annual Million-Unit Carbon Fiber Products Project Tops Out
According to “Hefei High-tech Release,” the annual production of 1 million high-tech carbon fiber products project by Anhui Yitan Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. has recently topped out, with completion acceptance expected by the end of August.
Located at the northeast intersection of Mingzhu Avenue and Dalongshan Road in the High-tech Zone, the project has a total investment of about 320 million yuan, covering an area of approximately 22.03 mu, with a total construction area of about 31,700 square meters. Construction officially began on October 25, 2025, and the main structure was topped out in less than seven months. Once fully completed and operational, it is expected to generate revenue exceeding 300 million yuan.
The project focuses on the research, development, production, and application of high-performance carbon fiber fabrics and prepregs. Its products can be widely used in fields such as civil aircraft, automotive lightweighting, wind power generation, medical equipment, construction engineering, and sports and leisure equipment. As a core link in the carbon fiber composite material industry chain, the project’s implementation will fill key gaps in the regional new material industry chain, facilitating the aggregation, linkage, and coordinated development of upstream and downstream enterprises.
