SQDA Motors Signs Industry-Academia Cooperation Agreement with Korea Polytechnic I University Seoul Jeongsu Campus
SQDA Motors (Lamborghini Seoul), the official Lamborghini dealer in Korea, announced on the 29th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) for industry-academia cooperation with Korea Polytechnic I University Seoul Jeongsu Campus on the 25th to foster professional talent to lead the future mobility industry.
The signing ceremony was held at the main building of Korea Polytechnic I University Seoul Jeongsu Campus located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and was attended by Moon Kyung-ah, Acting Dean of Korea Polytechnic I University, Park Jun-hyun, Head of SQDA Motors, and officials from both organizations.
This agreement was pursued to connect industry and educational fields to cultivate practical talent required in the future automotive industry and to establish a sustainable cooperation system.
The main contents of the agreement include ▲establishing a cooperation system through technical information exchange between industry and academia ▲supporting student field training and corporate visits ▲operating employment-linked programs ▲faculty industry training and joint research cooperation ▲joint development of curricula and textbooks ▲support for industry expert special lectures, and more.
In particular, SQDA Motors plans to cooperate in operating field training and visit programs so that students can experience actual industrial sites and enhance their understanding of automotive service and maintenance. In addition, based on practical experience and expertise accumulated in the industrial field, the company plans to participate in curriculum operation and special lecture programs, contributing to nurturing talent for the future automotive industry.
Following the signing ceremony, a company introduction and career information session was held for current students. The event included a brand introduction along with explanations of relevant job competencies and career preparation directions, and time was also set aside for Q&A sessions to communicate with students.
As the automotive industry rapidly transforms around electrification and digitalization, demand for practical talent applicable in industrial settings is also increasing. Through this agreement, SQDA Motors plans to expand cooperation with educational institutions and strengthen the foundation for nurturing talent needed for the development of the future mobility industry.
