Lynk & Co 07GT Estate Unveiled: All-Wheel Drive and Special Edition

The Lynk & Co brand has begun accepting orders for the station wagon with the index 07GT. The new model is a plug-in hybrid and comes with all-wheel drive. In addition, a special sport version is available at launch.
The hybrid station wagon Lynk & Co 07GT was announced back in early spring. But only now has a full presentation been held in China, with trim levels and preliminary prices announced and order books opened. The five-door is based on the petrol-electric sedan Lynk & Co 07, which debuted back in 2024. Incidentally, last year the four-door was refreshed – in particular, it received an autopilot with a lidar above the windshield, plus the technology was upgraded. And let us remind you that the Lynk & Co brand was originally a joint project between Geely and Volvo, but it is now a Geely sub-brand.

The five-door modification was developed from the start with a lidar, and it comes as standard equipment. The Lynk & Co 07GT inherited its lighting from the sedan, while the bumpers are original. Roof rails are mounted on the roof. In addition, the station wagon received semi-concealed door handles, whereas the sedan has flush ones. The doors themselves are frameless, just like on its relative. The station wagon is offered with 18- or 19-inch wheels.

A limited version with the straightforward name Limited Edition is also available to order. The highlights of this station wagon include a matte grey body, a slightly more substantial body kit, a carbon rear wing on the tailgate, 19-inch forged black wheels, blue four-piston calipers, and a badge with the special version’s name. Chinese media report that a total of 1,007 units of the Lynk & Co 07GT Limited Edition have been produced. Incidentally, some of the special version’s equipment is also available as an option for the standard five-door.

The Lynk & Co 07GT is 4,846 mm long (4,866 mm for the Limited Edition version), 1,900 mm wide, and 1,485 mm tall. For comparison, the Lynk & Co 07 sedan is 4,835 mm long. The wheelbase is identical at 2,843 mm. The front-wheel-drive “estate” has a trunk volume of 614 liters, while the all-wheel-drive version has 548 liters. The sedan is only available with front-wheel drive, and its trunk holds 450 liters.

Inside, the station wagon largely replicates the original Lynk & Co 07. The only differences are that the 07GT’s cabin features mechanical door handles, and the cup holders on the center tunnel have lost their cover. Standard equipment includes: a facial recognition system, wireless charging, a 10.2-inch virtual instrument cluster, multimedia with a 15.4-inch tablet, heated and ventilated front seats, a Harman Kardon audio system with 23 speakers (including speakers in the driver’s seat headrest), and a suite of driver assistance systems with the aforementioned lidar. Expensive versions also include a seat massager, an augmented reality head-up display, and a refrigerator. The seats of the special Lynk & Co 07GT Limited Edition station wagon are upholstered in blue Alcantara.

The powertrain of the “regular” versions of the five-door includes a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol four-cylinder (163 hp) and a 245-hp electric motor mounted on the front axle. Total output is 408 hp and 615 Nm. On the rear axle of the top-spec Lynk & Co 07GT and the Limited Edition special version, there is an additional electric motor, bringing the combined output of these versions to 530 hp and 765 Nm. All versions have a battery with a capacity of 28.3 kWh, with an electric-only range of 200 or 170 km on the CLTC cycle (front/all-wheel drive). The front-wheel-drive Lynk & Co 07 sedan has the same 1.5 turbo engine and 245-hp electric motor, and in addition to the 28.3 kWh battery, it is also offered with a more modest 18.4 kWh battery.

The Lynk & Co 07GT station wagon is currently priced at 165,800 – 185,800 yuan (about 1.9 million – 2.1 million rubles at the current exchange rate), while the Limited Edition special version costs 208,800 yuan (2.4 million rubles). The related Lynk & Co 07 sedan is priced from 155,800 to 185,800 yuan (1.78 million – 2.1 million rubles).
