Ram Opens First Official Domestic Showroom, ‘Ram Truck Seoul

Chabot Motors (Co-CEOs: Jung Jin-gu, Kang Seong-geun), the official Korean importer of Ram, the authentic American pickup truck brand, announced on July 27 that it has officially opened ‘Ram Trucks Seoul,’ its first official showroom in Korea, and will begin full-scale sales and service operations.

The newly opened ‘Ram Trucks Seoul’ is located at 332 Daewangpangyo-ro, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, a representative imported car district where major imported car brands are concentrated. Based on excellent accessibility to the Bundang and Pangyo areas, the strategy is to maximize contact with customers in the metropolitan area who prefer premium pickup trucks.

‘Ram Trucks Seoul’ spans a total site area of 854m² (approximately 260 pyeong) with a showroom floor area of 328.32m² (approximately 100 pyeong). The first and second floors are efficiently utilized to allow visitors to experience both Ram’s distinctive rugged brand identity and its premium value at the same time.

Inside the showroom, there is an exhibition space where visitors can take in Ram’s imposing presence at a glance, along with a customer lounge for visiting guests and sales and service consulting rooms for personalized consultations. In addition, ample parking space has been secured for customer convenience, enhancing accessibility.

In particular, ‘Ram Trucks Seoul’ is equipped with an in-house ‘Quick Shop’ facility capable of not only vehicle purchase consultations but also technical maintenance and light repairs. This provides an integrated one-stop customer care system that handles everything from vehicle purchase to rapid after-sales service (A/S) in a single location. Chabot Motors explained that it operates a step-by-step A/S care system that prioritizes rapid diagnosis and light repairs at the on-site Quick Shop, and provides customized solutions in connection with Ram’s dedicated service network when high-difficulty maintenance is required.
