Vector of Automotive Business Development 2026: Business Program at InterAutoMechanics

From August 18 to 21, 2026, within the framework of the InterAutoMechanika exhibition (Moscow, Crocus Expo IEC, Pavilion 2), the analytical and practical event of the year for business owners, dealers, service station managers, importers, and automotive component industry specialists will unfold.
The business program of this season is fully focused on addressing modern market challenges, adapting to new economic realities, and finding hidden profitability zones. The organizers have prepared four days of intensive immersion into business processes at the AutoBusiness Forum (Hall 8, Booth 8-380) and practical master classes within the AutoWorkshop (Hall 7, Booth 7-540).
Key Vectors and Main Events of the Program
The program will open with a plenary discussion dedicated to macroeconomic forecasts for 2026–2027, the transformation of dealer networks, and the integration of the Chinese vehicle fleet under conditions of catalog shortages. Experts will raise critical issues – from the impact of Euro-3 standards on component lifespan to countering pressure from marketplaces.
The first day’s program will continue with the expert dialogue “Right to Repair,” dedicated to overcoming the shortage of technical information in independent auto service centers. Participants will discuss legal ways to access diagnostic maps and codes, with special attention paid to adapting to the specifics of the Chinese vehicle fleet.
As part of the final focus discussion on August 18, leading foreign economic activity experts will analyze real cases of supplies from China, Korea, Japan, and Europe. New routes (including the UAE – Iran – Russia logistics corridor), the specifics of 2026 certification, and building a systematic business on warranty support for imported vehicles will be examined in detail.

On August 19, the business program of the AutoBusiness Forum will fully transition to practical tools for increasing auto service profitability and legal security. Experts will analyze non-obvious profit growth points, such as monetizing a car wash at a service station, effective implementation of auto chemicals, and building internal sales through service advisors and mechanics.
- Intensive “Blind Spots of the Service Station” (Partner: Nadezhny Avtoservis). Finding hidden sources of income: building internal sales through all staff, launching quick service as a unique selling proposition, monetizing the car wash, and safely implementing auto chemicals to increase the average ticket. Experts will also analyze digital tools for customer retention and performance markers for service station administrators.
- Case analysis “Why Isn’t Your Auto Service Growing?” (Partner: Pravilny Avtobiznes). Roman Gulyaev will analyze the main pain points of owners: why cars are queued up but there’s no money, where the profit goes, how to make employees deliver results, and stop working harder than everyone else.
- Foresight session on automation (Partner: EUROAUTO Franchise). A practical transition from classic processes to contactless service technologies, IT solutions, and full digitalization of vehicle intake to reduce costs.
On August 20, the exhibition’s business program fully comes under the management of the co-organizer – the Association of Automotive Component Suppliers AVTOKOM. The main event of the third day will be the large-scale conference “Auto Service as a Successful Business,” which will be moderated by the head of the AVTOKOM Academy, Alexander Ukhov.
This day is entirely dedicated to strict crisis management, taxes, legal security, and supply chain optimization under sanctions. Together with leading lawyers, financiers, and technical experts, participants will analyze real cases of service station survival in an era of change and receive ready-made economic tools.
On August 21, the final day of the exhibition, the conference “Current Trends in the Motor Oils and Technical Fluids Market. Version 2.0” will take place, organized with the support of the analytical agency “Index.” Experts will present fresh analytics, analyze changes in the composition and quality of imported products, and provide forecasts for the development of this key segment of the automotive component industry.
In addition to analytics, visitors can expect landmark industry events: the announcement of finalists for the Brand of the Year consumer trust award in 12 categories, and the presentation of the “World Automotive Components” (WAC) award.
Throughout all days of the exhibition, the AutoWorkshop will feature an interactive zone of practical master classes focused on implementing modern technologies and increasing the profitability of every square meter of a service station. The program is designed for practitioners, managers, and technicians wishing to master new high-margin areas.
Key Master Class Areas:
- Detailing and bodywork technologies. Visitors will be able to master in-demand high-margin services hands-on: tinting technologies without disassembling elements, chip repair, and quick windshield replacement. Experts will demonstrate the intricacies of professional interior dry cleaning, applying protective coatings to the body, polishing, as well as glass marking, paint protection film application, and powder coating of wheels and calipers.
- Modern repair and diagnostics. The technical block is dedicated to working with the current vehicle fleet. The program includes a workshop on repairing steering racks on electric vehicles, a methodology for precise suspension diagnostics on a vibration stand, a lecture course on servicing modern batteries, and a demonstration of training technical staff using VR goggles.
- Management, marketing, and sales. The business part of the master classes will provide ready-made algorithms for increasing the average ticket. Managers will be shown how to correctly calculate the cost of services, create a competitive price list, sell additional services, build a converting website, and promote an auto service online.
- Space organization and comfort. Technicians and designers will analyze the rules for proper layout of auto service and car wash work areas, as well as the secrets of setting up modern lighting, which directly affects the speed and quality of mechanics’ work.
The main culmination of the final day and the closing of the InterAutoMechanika 2026 exhibition will be the ceremonial drawing of a car and valuable prizes from key exhibitors among visitors.
Access to all sessions of the AutoBusiness Forum business program and master classes at the AutoWorkshop is free with a visitor ticket to the InterAutoMechanika 2026 exhibition.
