StradVision Selected as Supplier for Two New Programs at Leading Indian Commercial Vehicle OEM
StradVision (CEO Kim Jun-hwan), a Vision AI-based automotive software company, has been selected as the supplier of Vision AI-based ADAS recognition software for two new mass-production vehicle programs from a leading commercial vehicle OEM group in India.
The two programs secured this time are mass-production vehicle projects for an OEM representing the Indian commercial vehicle market and its affiliated brands. StradVision plans to supply Vision AI-based recognition software in line with the upcoming mass-production schedules.
With this selection, StradVision will now carry out a total of three mass-production programs, including its ongoing projects in India. This expands its business foundation in the Indian market while establishing a bridgehead for securing additional business opportunities in the future.
India is regarded as one of the key growth markets in the global automotive industry. In particular, the commercial vehicle sector, with an annual volume of approximately one million units, is expected to see continued growth driven by expanding infrastructure investment and rising logistics demand, and the related market is also anticipated to grow in line with strengthened vehicle safety regulations and the broader adoption of ADAS.
To respond to these market changes, StradVision has designated India as a strategic market and is working to strengthen its local business capabilities. The company plans to complete the establishment of its Indian subsidiary by the third quarter of 2026 and enhance its customer support and business development framework.
The company is currently carrying out multiple mass-production projects for global OEM and Tier-1 customers, with cumulative mass-produced vehicle applications exceeding 5 million units. Recently, it has also been expanding new projects in the Chinese market, broadening its global customer base.
