Farasis Energy and German WLF Energy Sign Strategic Agreement
Recently, Farasis Energy signed a strategic cooperation agreement with German energy technology company WLF Energy. The two parties will deeply integrate Farasis Energy’s battery technology with WLF Energy’s AI-driven energy platform to jointly promote the global industrialization of next-generation battery technologies and energy solutions.

According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly develop next-generation battery and energy storage products for the utility, commercial and industrial, and distributed energy storage markets. The collaboration covers the entire chain from cells, battery systems, energy management software, AI algorithms, to large-scale energy storage deployment, aiming to optimize battery performance, cost, safety, and lifecycle economics.
At the same time, the two parties will jointly formulate a technology roadmap for the next decade, explore cutting-edge application scenarios such as virtual power plants, smart energy infrastructure, and grid stability, and evaluate various battery chemistry systems and AI optimization algorithms to promote the global rollout of standardized product architectures.
