12-inch Dual Screen / Introducing Google Gemini: New Renault Mégane E-Tech Official Images Released
Recently, we have learned from official sources that the new Renault Mégane E-Tech has been officially unveiled. The vehicle is built on Renault’s exclusive CMF-EV pure electric platform, combining the body of a compact sedan with the streamlined silhouette of a crossover SUV. The new car will be produced at a factory in France, offering two trims: Techno and Esprit Alpine. Techno is the standard configuration, while Esprit Alpine features a more sporty character, with further upgrades in comfort and intelligent features.



In terms of exterior design, the front of the vehicle features a closed grille adorned with the brand’s logo pattern, with sleek, sharp LED headlights spanning the front end, complemented by active air intake ducts to optimize aerodynamics. The side profile adopts a long wheelbase layout, fastback coupe lines, and flush door handles, with optional 19/20-inch wheels. The rear features a full-width integrated taillight, a layered rear bumper, and a diffuser-style lower section, downplaying traditional exhaust structures to enhance electric vehicle identity. The vehicle is available in 11 exterior paint colors, with the Esprit Alpine trim offering exclusive sporty decorative accents. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4200mm in length, 1782mm in width, and 1522mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2685mm.




Inside, the vehicle is equipped with a 12-inch dual-screen display, powered by the OpenR Link with Google services, supporting Google Maps, voice assistant, in-car app store, wireless CarPlay, and more. Additionally, the vehicle introduces Google Gemini to further enhance the intelligent interactive experience. The Esprit Alpine trim also offers features such as seat massage and a Harman Kardon sound system. The vehicle is equipped with 26 intelligent driving assistance functions, including full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane centering assist, active emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and automatic parking.

In terms of powertrain, the vehicle features a single-motor pure electric system with a maximum power of 160kW and peak torque of 300N·m. It is equipped with a 67kWh battery pack, offering a WLTP range of 500km, with a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 7.6 seconds. The battery can be charged from 15% to 80% in 24 minutes.
