Officially Launched on June 26 / Pre-sale Starting at 219,900 RMB – First Production Qijing GT7 Rolls Off the Line
Recently, we learned from the official sources of the Qijing brand that its mid-to-large shooting brake model—the Qijing GT7 (Parameters | Inquiry)—has officially completed the rollout of its first mass-produced vehicle at the GAC New Energy Smart Factory. Qijing is a high-end intelligent new energy vehicle brand jointly launched by GAC Group and Yinwang, integrating Huawei Qiankun’s full-stack intelligent technology. Additionally, the vehicle has already opened pre-sales, offering four configurations with a pre-sale price range of 219,900 to 309,900 RMB. It is worth noting that the vehicle will be available across 300 stores in 70 cities nationwide, with plans for full activation by the end of June. The stores are divided into two models: Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving Authorized Experience Centers and Qijing User Centers.
In terms of exterior design, the front features a closed grille paired with Qijing Lingmu headlights, offering a strong sense of sportiness. At the rear, it is equipped with Qijing Zhiyi taillights, composed of 526 light sources and adopting a segmented diffuse reflection design to achieve a light-and-shadow waterfall effect. These taillights also integrate ADS indicator lights, realizing the world’s first ADS waterfall-style blue lights, which support various customized scene animations such as welcome wing spread, parking breathing, and light-and-shadow curtain call.
In the field of intelligent driving, the Qijing GT7 is the first to be equipped with the Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 5 system. Its hardware pre-installs an L3-level intelligent driving architecture, featuring the world’s highest-spec mass-produced 896-line dual-optical path image-level LiDAR, along with 11 high-definition cameras, 5 millimeter-wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. It has already obtained a permit for L3-level autonomous driving road testing in Guangzhou.
Regarding the interior, the vehicle adopts a wrap-around cockpit design and is equipped with the HarmonySpace 6 cockpit system, paired with a 15.6-inch floating central control screen, a narrow 8.88-inch LCD instrument panel, and an 88-inch augmented reality head-up display system, meeting the needs of today’s young users. In terms of color options, the vehicle offers three interior color schemes: Sun-chasing Red, Starry Black, and Moonlight Rice.
In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 5050mm in length, 1980mm in width, and 1470mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3000mm. For powertrain, the Qijing GT7 is built on an 800V high-voltage platform, offering both single-motor and three-motor versions. Among these, the three-motor version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.98 seconds. The battery uses a new-generation Kirin battery co-customized by Huawei, CATL, and Qijing, available in capacities of 86.111 kWh and 102.768 kWh, with a maximum CLTC range of up to 900 km and support for 6C ultra-fast charging. The chassis features a front double-wishbone and rear H-arm multi-link suspension, with a closed dual-chamber air suspension and continuously adjustable dampers as standard across all models.
