Floating Center Console Screen / 20-Speaker Audio System: XPeng Reveals MONA L03 Interior Design
On June 26, XPeng officially released the interior promotional video for the MONA L03, showcasing the cockpit configuration and design features of this new model. The vehicle’s cockpit will be equipped with a dual-button sport steering wheel, a floating central control screen, a 26.8-inch high-definition W-HUD head-up display, 256-color ambient lighting, hidden air conditioning vents, a 20-speaker audio system, and a zero-gravity passenger seat. The multimedia system will feature the Tianji AIOS 6.2.0, deeply integrated into XPeng’s AI ecosystem, providing users with a highly intelligent cockpit experience.
From the official video, it can be seen that the MONA L03 does not come with a full LCD instrument cluster; the center console is only equipped with a large central screen and a W-HUD head-up display. The steering wheel adopts a two-spoke design with flat top and bottom edges to enhance the sporty atmosphere. In addition to multifunction buttons, the steering wheel also features controls for the driving assistance system and mode switching. Below the center console, in front of the armrest storage compartment, there is a wireless phone charging pad and cup holders, with an additional storage layer underneath. The center console and door panels are connected by a wraparound light strip, enhancing the cockpit’s enveloping feel.
The new car’s cockpit will feature a zero-gravity passenger seat with 14-point massage functionality. The center console will adopt a hidden electric vent design with electronically controlled airflow direction. The 20-speaker AI audio system will deliver powerful surround sound effects, with some speakers featuring brushed metal grilles. The interior ambient lighting offers 256 color options to meet the personalized needs of different users.

The XPeng MONA L03 (Parameters | Inquiry) is positioned as the first intelligent and stylish SUV for young people, designed by a global design team led by Juanma Lopez, former head of exterior design at Ferrari. The new car continues the family design language, featuring a star-ship headlight design at the front with strong recognition. The lower bumper is equipped with an AGS active grille shutter to balance wind resistance optimization and electric drive cooling needs. In terms of body colors, the official has announced a “Wumeizi Jam” (similar to deep purple-red) color, along with other options such as purple, gray, pink, and silver.
The XPeng MONA L03 features smooth side lines with a fastback design, a wheel-to-height ratio of 0.46 to create a low stance, semi-hidden door handles, frameless windows, and a hidden water-cut design. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4650/1920/1600mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2850mm and a drag coefficient of 0.228. The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a 1.1㎡ large-curvature rear windshield, below which is a through-type star-ring taillight, offering strong recognition when illuminated.
In terms of powertrain, the car will offer both extended-range and pure electric versions. The extended-range version will feature a 1.5L extended-range hybrid system, with the range extender producing a maximum power of 70 kW and a single drive motor peak power of 183 kW. The WLTC pure electric range will have multiple versions: 257km, 241km, and 249km. The pure electric version is equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 183 kW, paired with CALB lithium iron phosphate battery packs, available in capacities of 56kWh and 69kWh. Depending on the configuration, the CLTC range will be 505km, 525km, 530km, 550km, 605km, 625km, 630km, and 650km.
