Recently, Hongqi made its debut at the Hong Kong Motor Show, showcasing three all-new right-hand drive pure electric models. Hongqi officially emphasized that over the next three years, it will use Hong Kong as a base to continuously launch no fewer than six new energy products into the global right-hand drive market, steadily enriching its overseas product lineup and deepening its global strategic layout.
The three right-hand drive models unveiled this time have clear positioning, forming a comprehensive overseas product lineup that precisely meets the travel needs of different user groups.
The Hongqi Global SUV (Parameters | Inquiry) is positioned as a globally aesthetic, smart, pure electric SUV, blending the essence of Eastern and Western design philosophies. Its slender headlights and exclusive Celadon green paint offer high recognition. The cabin adopts a centrally balanced symmetrical layout, suitable for diverse scenarios such as urban commuting and family outings. The vehicle strictly adheres to global safety standards and is scheduled to enter the Hong Kong market in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The Hongqi EHS5 is positioned as a high-performance pure electric SUV, equipped with an intelligent all-wheel-drive system and professional-grade chassis tuning, focusing on handling experience.
The Hongqi E-HS9 right-hand drive version, as a flagship luxury pure electric SUV, inherits the Taihe proportion design concept with a dignified and square exterior. It is equipped with a 120kWh battery pack and a dual-motor powertrain, delivering long-lasting range and confident handling across all road conditions. In terms of safety, it features a 9H cage body and an IP68-rated waterproof battery.
In addition, the Hongqi Hong Kong Experience Center is scheduled to officially open on July 1st at Taikoo Shing on Hong Kong Island. This experience center will implement the “Hongqi CARE 365” service, comprehensively covering the entire vehicle ownership lifecycle, including car viewing, test drives, vehicle delivery, and after-sales maintenance.
